Authentic Turkish Kilim Cushion Cover measuring approximately 35x35cm - we love the beautiful bright, multicolours in this cushion cover. This is a unique decorative square shaped cushion cover made from an original, vintage, hand-woven wool Kilim from Turkey which is made with a strong cotton reverse and zip. When we are away in Turkey buying, we choose handmade vintage kilims that need repair, re-using all the good parts! We love the fact that these old kilim rugs are being repurposed and recycled into something original and beautiful.
The weaving technique used in our Kilim cushions varies from plain Kilim weave, slit weave and/or cicim weave which are all ancient flat-weaving techniques.
