Camel Tribal Trapping (asmalyk) which would make a lovely wall Hanging. From Turkmenistan, these unusual textiles are made out of recycled old fabrics and transformed into beautiful animal trappings, this tribal trapping measures approx 68cm by 95cm.. These are normally made in pairs and hung one each side of the camel during a wedding ceremony or other special event and afterwards hung in the tent. Although this piece is quite new, it is decorative and would make a lovely hanging.
