Pretty tasseled Uzbek tablet weave band trapping with tassels from Uzbekistan. This vintage piece measures approximately 5cm wide by 57cm long - we love the pink and ochres in the weaving and intricate tassels at the ends - it would look great adapted to make a tie back or simply as a wall hanging. This would likely have been used to adorn the neck of a camel during a marriage ceremony or as a tent decoration/tie.
