Finely woven, rare Turkish Kilim (Kelim) Rug from the Obruk region near Konya in Central Anatolia. Handwoven in wool using fine slit weave Kilim technique. This traditional flatweave rug from Turkey measures approximately 125x175cm (4.1 x 5.8½ft) - we love the attractive prayer niche pattern and extremely fine weave, this is one of the best examples we have seen from this region in many years.
