These unusual vintage floral Turkish Bardizi kilim rugs are from Erzurum in Eastern Anatolia. This unique Kelim rug from Turkey is an authentic semi-antique piece and it measures approximately 199x373cm (6.6 x 12.3ft) excluding any fringes - we love the soft subtle colours of pinks and browns in this beautiful large vintage kelim rug together with the all over rose design. These kilims usually feature floral patterns in earthy browns, blacks, soft pinks and beiges but can occasionally be found in very quirky abstract designs and in very bright colours. These flatweaves are woven mostly in wool and sometimes have highlighted elements in cotton.
